With an early interest in facial aesthetics sparked during his studies at Fairfield University, Dr. Craig Vigliante brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and personal understanding to cosmetic care. His own transformative procedure gave him a first-hand appreciation for how thoughtfully delivered treatments can elevate confidence and quality of life.

Education & Accomplishments
Dr. Vigliante is a graduate of Fairfield University, where he built the academic foundation for his work in aesthetic medicine. He has continued to refine his skills through advanced specialty training, staying at the forefront of innovative cosmetic procedures and facial rejuvenation techniques.
After graduating first in his class from the University of Pittsburgh, he completed his IVY League residency in General Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (UPENN) and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), regularly ranked by U.S. News and World Report as top U.S. Hospitals.
He has also been voted multiple times by his peers as Top Surgeon in The Washingtonian, Virginia Living, and Northern Virginia Magazines.
He completed further training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery through an accredited Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship associated with the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
Outside the office, Dr. Vigliante enjoys following sports, especially the Washington Nationals, going to theatre, and spending time with his family and friends.
